Aloha Women’s Detox Treatment

ALOHA’s integrative detox provides the proper physical cleansing Aloha-finalzto strengthen and repair the damage that has been done by drugs and alcohol. Our detox program includes medication management and individualized counseling to help begin the healing process. Our treatment encourages women to explore the underlying issues and traumas of their addiction. Counseling is facilitated in an environment of trust and safety and is led by Masters level clinicians that focus on uncovering the root of a women’s pain to help them successfully overcome while promoting a lifestyle of long-term recovery. We utilize a therapeutic approach to include not only the conventional one-to-one trauma focused behavioral therapy treatment, but also additional forms of treatment that allow women to safely explore and address their personal issues. The all-women atmosphere encourages women to speak honestly and openly in ways that the presence of men might inhibit.

“Akua was more than learning not to drink. From the moment I walked in it was different. It was a place of understanding as many of the staff members have successful entered recovery. The staff began right away with drawing my story out in attempt to get into the deeper reasons behind why I abuse. The most helpful thing I received was insight into the whys of my addiction instead of just trying to stop the addiction. They treat the whole person.”
